About us SWTHZ is a contrast therapy studio specializing in deliberate exposure to heat and cold, which is scientifically proven to enhance physical and mental health. Clients enjoy up to 60 minutes in a private contrast therapy suite with an infrared sauna, cold plunge and vitamin-C shower. Suites offer full entertainment so you can choose to unplug, meditate, listen to music or watch TV.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Suite turnover including cleaning and sanitation of both the sauna and shower areas after each session
- Maintenance of proper water quality in our cold plunges
- Responsible for all laundry (folding towels, keeping cold compresses stocked)
- Clean and restock all restrooms
- Maintain an organized and clean of studio, lobby, and front desk area on a daily basis
- Deep cleaning cold-plunges and saunas on a weekly/as needed basis
- Manage laundry duties including folding towels and stocking cold compresses
- Complete tasks and checklists promptly with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Ability to be conversational with members and have good communication skills with team
- Communicate via Slack with team members if suites need to be temporarily closed, or if any cleaning will need to disrupt business hours

Compensation: $19.00 - $19.00 per hour
